संदर्भ: पृष्ठ (पृष्ठों) 1-4/एन, (एफ नं.5-27/2021-टी एंड सी) पर डी/ओ पोस्ट का नोट।
डाक विभाग लेखा वर्ष 2020-21 के लिए गणना किए गए 120 दिनों के वेतन के बराबर उत्पादकता लिंक्ड बोनस (पीएलबी) प्रदान करने के अपने प्रस्ताव को डाक विभाग के पात्र कर्मचारियों को संदर्भित कर सकता है।
2. इस विभाग में प्रस्ताव की जांच की गई है और केवल डाक विभाग के पात्र कर्मचारियों के संबंध में पीएलबी को साठ 60 दिनों के वेतन तक सीमित करने का निर्णय लिया गया है।
3. बोनस का भुगतान मौजूदा नियमों और शर्तों द्वारा शासित होगा और इस खाते पर होने वाले खर्च को सरकार से बिना किसी अतिरिक्त सहायता के वित्तीय वर्ष 2021-22 के मौजूदा बजट प्रावधानों से पूरा किया जाएगा।
इसे माननीय वित्त मंत्री के अनुमोदन से जारी किया जा रहा है।

Department of Posts may refer to their proposal for grant of Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) equivalent to 120 days wages as worked out for the accounting year 2020-21 to the eligible employees of Department of Posts.
2. The proposal has been examined in this Department and it has been decided to restrict the PLB to Sixty 60 days wages only in respect of eligible employees of Department of Posts.
3. The payment of bonus will be governed by the existing terms and conditions and expenditure on this account will be met from the existing budget provisions for financial year 2021-22 without any additional support from the Government.
This issues with the approval of Hon'ble Finance Minister.
