Subject: Rotational Transfers of Group 'C' officials, Group 'B' (non-gazetted) officialsand Assistant Superintendent of Posts.

Madam / Sir,

    I am direeted to refer to Para 5 of Transfer Poliey Guidelines of the

Department issued vide communication number 141-141/2013 SPN-II dated

17.01.2019, which provides for rotational transfer of officials. Due to spread of COVID-19 across the country, the competent authority has decided that rotational transfer of officials shall be kept on hold till further orders.

2.Therefore, Postal Circles are requested not to issue rotational transfer orders for the time being.
