Sub: Declaration of Results of the Competitive Examination for recruitment to the cadre of Postman/Mail Guard amongst GDSs for the vacancy year 2018 and 2019 held on 29-09-2019.
2. The supplementary results in respect of GDS to Postman out of the unfilled vacancies of MTS exam quota for the vacancy year 2018, furnished in Annexure-l. The results for the vacancy year 2019 including unfilled vacancies of MTS quota for the vacancy year 2019 is furnished in Annexure-I.
3. The Division wise information containing Names of successful candidates (arranged in the order of division wise merit) are shown in both the Annexures. In respect

The information relating to names of the candidates, their roll numbers and categories have been shown on the basis of information furnished by the Heads of Region/Divisional office and units. candidate(s), the same may be intimated to this office for necessary action. In case, If it is found subsequently that any of the selected candidate(s) was not eligible to take the examination under the existing rules/instructions on the subject or for any reasons or in case any mistake is found with regard to announcement of results of any candidate for any reason whatsoever his/her name will be deleted from the list of successful candidates, as the case may be. The official/candidate against whom vigilance or disciplinary case is pending/those undergoing punishment should not be promoted and such cases should be referred backto this office.
6. The candidates who are likely to be selected in the surplus result of GDS to PA/SA exam for the vacancy year 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018, may await results of the said exam which will be released shortly, before assuming the charge of postman cadre based on the PM/MG results.
