       Please refer to this office letter of even no.dtd 4.10.2019 regarding "Group Medical Insurance Scheme for Gramin Dak Sevaks. I am directed by Competent authority to inform
you that, a meeting has been fixed on 17.02.2020 at 1100 hrs to discuss on the proposal submitted by Oriental Insurance & National Insurance Company. The meeting will be
chaired by Member(P).

2.You are requested to attend the meeting at 1100 hrs at K.R.Moorthy Room, 2nd floor,Dak Bhavan, Sansad Marg, New Delhi. For the meeting, alongwith Secretary General, One
General Secretary plus one Union representative can attend.
