INDIA POST: ग्रामीण डाकघरों का बढ़ेगा Office Time, 8 घंटा हो सकता है अब ऑफिस Time
नई दिल्ली: 17 फरवरी 2020 को डाक भवन नई दिल्ली में NFPE, FNPO,BPEF and General Secretary of All India Grameen Dak Sevaks Union(AIGDSU) के साथ मीटिंग रखी गई है जिसमें ग्रामीण क्षेत्र की पब्लिक की सुविधा के लिए ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के डाकघरों की समय अवधि को बढ़ाया जाए । इसी को लेकर विचार-विमर्श होगा और इस पर फैसला लिया जाएगा ।

MEETING NOTICE
Sub:- Meeting on facilitating public on the Post Office Counters by increasing the time of public dealing in Post Offices.
With reference to the PO Division's communication no. 27-46/2015-PO (Pt) dated 28.01.2020 (copy enclosed) on the subject cited above, a meeting, under the chairpersonship of Member (P), will be held with the representatives of NFPE, FNPO, BPEF and General Secretary of All India Grameen Dak Sevaks Union (not more than two representatives from each) in K. R. Moorthy Committee Room under the chairpersonship of Member (P) at 15-00 hrs. on 17.02.2020.
2.All the concerned officers and representatives of NFPE, FNPO, BPEF & AIGDSU are requested to make it convenient to attend the above stated
meeting.

1. DDG (PO) & DDG (Tech.) with the request to send the concerned officers oftheir Divisions in the meeting.

4. ADG (GA) with the request (i) to book the K. R. Murthy Committee Room and (ii) to arrange water, tea and snacks for the above stated mecting.
5. Secretaries General of NFPE, FNPO, BPEF and General Secretary of All
India Grameen Dak Sevaks Union (AIGDSU)with the request to attend the meeting with not more than one representative along with them (i.e. a total of two at the maximum from each).
