Subject: Extenstion of Counter hours of Post offices for public reg.

This is regarding extenstion of counter hours of Post Offices for public.
During the meeting held on 17.02.2020 at Dak Bhawan New Delhi,

2.Union representatives were informed that there is a proposal for extension of counter hours of Post Offices for providing additional time at counter and better services.

3.Union representatives were asked to provide their comments /suggestions on this issue. It was pointed out by Unions that many Post Offices are facing problem of generating reports due to connectivity or other problems

like server being down.

4.In order to ascertain the problems being faced by staff you are requested
to inform the names of such Post offices where the problems in generating reports are arising due to connectivity or other problems like server being down etc. Your response may be sent early and positively by 27.02.2020.
