Sub: Steps to further strengthen the organization.

Dear Comrades,                                      

New year greetings to one and all. We heartily congratulate our members for joining the main stream to make 8th January, 2020 STRIKE a historic one. We hope that our
comrades would participate in our future struggles with renewed vigorand zeal. As you are
aware AIGDSU has already decided to organize following programme of agitation:-

1. 22.01.2020 :- Hunger fast before the Circle office in all Circles.
2. 20.02.2020 :- Hunger fast at Delhi by CWC members and circle secretaries (who are ex- officio members of CWC) We hope that these programmes will be observed successfully. We call upon all cWC members and circle secretaries to ensure that the programmes are observed successfully.

Circle secretaries of Nearby Circles may ensure greater success to the 20th Feb,2020 programme by mobilizing larger participation.

Meeting with Unions regarding- Framing of Department of Posts PAs/SAS recruitment Rules-2019 and Group medical insurance Scheme.

On 17th January, 2020. 2 meeting were held at Dak Bhawan under the Chairmanship of Shri Santosh Kumar Kamila, Member (P), with (Estt.) and (Personal). On behalf of AIGDSU S.S. Mahadevaiah, General Secretary and Ram Singh Dhakkad, ATR CHQ, Circle
Sec. M.P attended the meeting. Another meeting will take place On medical Scheme,.
Regarding PA/SA in favour of GDS some modifications will take place. Other GDS issues are under active consideration.

Comrades,                                              

     We request all Branch/Divisional Secretaries to clear quota to the CHQ and Circle unions. We may require larger funds to organise better progrmmes. Lastly we wish that the New Year ushers more prosperity and happiness to our members. We shall be striving to secure more and more benefits to the GDS employees by

our continued struggles and sincere efforts.
