Respected Sir,
A number of GDS were appointed in Bihar, some time back on the
basis of marks obtained at and certificate granted by Bihar Sanskrit Board
for having Passed Madhyama examination. Such GDS have served as such
for a period of five years or more. Madhyama standard was treated as
equivalent to class 10 standard
Examination for recruitment as postman is going to be held in Bihar on
29.09.2019. But admit cards are not being issued to such GDS who were
appoir as such on the basis certificate and marks-sheet issued by the
Bihar Sanskrit Board Patna. In this connection It is submitted that these
GDS have studied Hindi (two Papers of 100 marks each). Copy of such one
certificate is enclosed for ready reference.

It wi be in fitness of things to allow at least such GDS who have
completed 5 year service, appointed on basis of Madhyanma certificates of
Bihar Sanskrit Board
Since there is very short time left for holding of the examination on
29-09-2019, an urgent decision is requested
